Do I have to buy the machines?
No. Our venue partnership is based on revenue sharing, with no upfront equipment purchase. We’ll walk you through the arrangement and terms for your location before you decide.
Who refills and services them?
Pro Claws handles prize refills, maintenance, and machine service. We’ll discuss the service plan for your venue during setup.
How does revenue sharing work?
We agree on the commission terms and payment schedule for your location before installation. You host the machines while we handle equipment, prizes, and service. Your partner account lets you follow commission history and shared reports. See how the partnership works.
How much space do I need?
Some of our compact machines fit in as little as 2 × 2 ft. Many of our most common machines are around 4 × 2 ft. Those are machine footprints; we also plan room for guests to play and move comfortably. Larger setups and full Arcadia arcades are designed around your layout.
How can guests pay to play?
Our setups offer cash and coin play, credit and debit cards, and mobile or contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We’ll match the payment options to your machines. Full Arcadia setups also offer game card and token systems.
Can I request more than one machine?
